| Shipping and Returns All shipments are sent via Canada Post and include a $2.00 handling fee, you may expect your purchase to arrive within 10 days after receiving your order confirmation. Need to Return an Item? Within 30 days of delivery of you receiving your purchases, you may return our merchandise, for any reason, for a full refund. We'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error. The following items are non refundable due to infection control concerns: * Breast pumps * Nursing Cushions * Sitz Baths Package your return and send it back to us via Canada Post at the following address: The Auxiliary to BC Women's Hospital, Room 1T9, 4500 Oak Street, Vancouver BC V6H 3N1 We'll notify you via e-mail when we've processed your return. Please note that the Auxiliary Online Gift Shop cannot accept the return of items that have been used or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at the Auxiliary Online Gift Shop. We cannot exchange items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your returned purchase. NOTE: The Auxiliary Online Gift Shop is owned and operated by the Auxiliary to the BC Women's Hospital & Health Centre, an organization which exists separately, and operates independently, from the BC Women's Hospital & Health Centre and the BC Women's Hospital & Health Centre Foundation.
